• Secure & Safe situated behind the main house…. and at the same time very private. You have your own entrance via. an external security gate. Facing onto a small, leafy garden you can relax/have a BBQ - even grow your own herbs!
• Spacious, Nicely Furnished & Fully Equipped with everything you need – double bed, futon, freshly laundered sheets & towels provided weekly, blankets, electric blankets, comfortable lounge suite, TV, dining table, study desk, kitchenette with all cooking utensils, full sized electric oven, cutlery, crockery, toaster, juicer, fans & heaters, ‘mini’ washing machine. - even tea towels!
• Comfortable, Clean, Affordable Accommodation – but please don’t expect 5 Star! Ideal if you’re visiting Sydney for study or on a working holiday & need a centrally located, fully furnished place with everything provided & at reasonable cost.
• Please note that the cottage is in a quiet residential area & definitely won't suit 'party animals'!
• The property is partially serviced with fresh bed linen, towels & bathroom mats provided weekly. It’s set up for two people but occasional short-term guests can be accommodated for an extra nightly charge.
• Rental references are required; there's 2 weeks rent in advance and a 5 week cash deposit, refundable when the property & contents are left in clean condition as per the inventory.
